The Account Executive manages a book of business, services existing client accounts, and assists agents in providing insurance products for existing and prospective clients with a goal of building relationships while delivering exceptional customer service focused on customer retention.
Qualified candidates will be licensed and have 5+ years of personal lines experience.
Responsibilities
- Independently manages a book of business not assigned to an agent
- Prepares submissions and markets new/renewal business to appropriate carriers
- Responds to all day-to-day inquiries and service issues for assigned clients
- Provides coverage recommendations and collects exposures from clients and prospects
- Maintains agency management system with up-to-date and accurate information
